Providing Your Care requires us managing your data which involves:

• Securely store your personal and medical information
• Document consultations and clinical findings
• Share relevant information with healthcare professionals involved in your care (e.g. Your GP, hospitals, other consultants for purposes of consultation and diagnostic services)
• Contact you regarding appointments and clinical care by phone, text and/or email.

Documentation is stored only as part of an electronic health record which is GDPR compliant and allows for swift correspondence with your GP or referring physician.

Your information is processed in accordance with GDPR and Irish Data Protection legislation.

Acknowledgement

By attending this clinic, you acknowledge and consent to the use and secure handling of your information as outlined above.

If you have questions about how your information is handled, please ask a member of staff.

Your GP. We send your GP a copy of letters about your care. Tell us if you do not want this.

Text messages. We send texts about your appointments only: offers, reminders and confirmations. We never send advertising. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell the secretary.

You can name a person we may speak to, tell us your concerns, or ask that the AI transcription is not used, from the link in your text or by asking the secretary on 087 706 7871.
